Refund policy
Due to our products being digital goods delivered via internet download, all sales are final and non-refundable. We can not offer a refund or exchange, unless accidental double payments have been made on the same product of the same version. Refunds are not allowed due to the fact that digital goods cannot be revoked once sent.
If you have purchased a product and no longer have the file on your computer or other devices: deleted the file or you have got a new computer etc., we cannot give you a refund on your purchased product.
When you make a purchase on a vocal preset, you agree that you have the option to download your product twice. This is to avoid resale, scams and other. If you have a valid reason to have the additional option to download the file again, please contact support. A support team will assess this.
